  • Late payments may result in suspension of access to services

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been attended
  • Partial refunds may be provided for unused classes, minus administrative fees
  • No refunds for classes missed by the student

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Complete assignments and homework as required

7. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling

By the School

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, we will provide advance notice and offer alternative arrangements or refunds.

By the Student

  • Private lessons: 24-hour advance notice required for rescheduling
  • Group classes: No individual rescheduling; recorded sessions available
  • Repeated cancellations may result in enrollment termination

8. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • Updated web browser
  • Working webcam and microphone
  • Quiet environment for classes

9. Limitation of Liability

Étoile French Online School and its instructors shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Interruptions in service due to internet connectivity
  • Loss of data or course materials
  • Exam results or certification outcomes
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Code of Conduct

We expect all users to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. Prohibited actions include:

  • Disruptive behavior during classes

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination without refund.
